These native Australian Macadamia nuts are a raw and delicious.

They contain a healthy combination of nutrients known to protect the heart. They contain mono-unsaturated fat, making them a 'good fat' and good fibre which helps to maintain cholesterol. They are also packed full of the amino acid arginine which help to keep blood vessels relaxed and flexible.

Indigenous to Australia, grown in Northern NSW and QLD, the macadamia nut tree is a small to large evergreen tree 2-12m tall. The fruit is very hard which contains one or two seeds which are then cracked open to show the nuts once sufficient moisture has gone.

These macadamia nuts are raw so they have not gone through any heat treatment or roasting. No insecticides or pesticides were used during the growing process and no preservatives or additives were used during the processing of the nuts
