These raw organic pitted dehydrated Black and Red Botija Olives are grown near Lima, Peru on a permaculture farm established by Jose Vico and his family in a desert valley. They have a deliciously subtle juicy olive flavour without any bitterness. They are totally unique and you need to try them for yourself to believe the incredible flavour.
